Description

What I had in mind for this painting was the feeling of summer—the moments when sunlight touches the surface of the sea, the color of the water shifts between blue and green, and everything creates this strange sense of peace and freedom.

The blues and turquoise remind me of the sea, while the yellows bring to mind the warmth of sunlight on the skin and those golden moments at sunset.

I didn’t want these colors to simply exist next to each other. I wanted them to move together, as if the sea and the sun were dancing with one another.
